Papers will consider the impact of its discovery in the 18th century, the current state of research in Herculaneum papyrology and archaeology, exciting new digital developments, and possibilities for the future. The conference is co-sponsored with the Institute of Classical Studies<\/a> and the American Friends of Herculaneum<\/a> on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of the Society’s founding.
